LaDonna Garvin
Founder, Owner, & Accountant
LaDonna Garvin is a dedicated accountant with over a decade of experience in corporate accounting. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Middle Georgia State University and has since helped a wide range of businesses improve their financial operations with precision, consistency, and integrity.
Before entering the accounting field, LaDonna served in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer, where she developed the discipline, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that continue to define her professional approach today.
LaDonna is also a proud mother of six and an animal lover with four dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, crafting, and tackling complex puzzles—activities that reflect her creativity, curiosity, and love for challenges.
Susan Gaul
Owner & Accountant
Susan Gaul is a seasoned accounting professional with a career spanning over two decades. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1994. After moving to Sarasota, FL in 1998, she worked as a Senior Auditor for a CPA firm before transitioning in 2000 to become the Controller for one of her audit clients—a multi-state MRI facility operator. During her tenure, the company grew from 18 to 50 locations, including franchises, and scaled to $90 million in annual revenue with nearly 400 employees.
In 2006, Susan relocated to Land O’ Lakes, FL and launched her own accounting practice. Since then, she has provided financial expertise to a diverse range of industries, including automotive digital advertising, data processing, equipment manufacturing and resale, call centers, mortgage brokers, and real estate professionals. Her work extends beyond accounting, with hands-on experience in HR, payroll management, and the development of policy and procedure manuals.
Susan met her husband in college and they married in 1994. They have two children: a daughter who holds degrees in Biology and Forensic Science and a son who recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science Engineering and a minor in Statistics from the University of Florida.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, and spending time with animals—especially dogs.
